The roses used in the posy or flower ball above are a mix of 27mm & 45mm roses. (pink/white combo 27mm + pale pink & strawberry pink 45mm).
A rough count ? Just over 40 of each size were used on a foam ball approx 4" in diameter. Finished size - approx 6" in diameter.
The flower balls / bouquets are made by using a 4 " diameter foam ball into which you stick the roses. Insert the ribbon right through the ball first keeping a fold of ribbon on one side for holding or hanging posy over your arm & trails of ribbons can be added at the lower end. Place large roses (45mm) in foam ball first, filling in spaces in between with smaller ones (27mm) & leaves (FRL25 or FRL35).

The fine wire stems on these 25mm  mulberry paper roses make it easy to attach them to bridal or evening wear hair combs or to create garlands. The petals can be dusted with glitter or given a light spray of silver or gold (aerosol can paint) for that special effect for evening. 
These bows have been easily made by tying off folds of flat or tube ribbon in the centre & adding a medium sized mulberry paper rose & a silver or gold bell or heart charm. Ideal for decoration on gift boxes, church pews at weddings .... also useful in floral work using upright loops of it  or tying off bouquets of flowers.
